What Our Warranty Covers
QuietShine offers a limited 1-year warranty for eligible manufacturing defects, such as an item arriving broken, defective, or with a confirmed quality issue that was not caused by normal wear or improper care.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or fading caused by daily use.
- Damage caused by water, perfume, alcohol, lotions, sweat, chemicals, or improper storage.
- Lost items, lost stones caused by impact, accidental damage, or unauthorized repair.
- Color changes caused by individual skin chemistry, humidity, or exposure to harsh environments.
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources.
